A Building Permit Fee of 3% of the Estimated Cost of Construction applies. A minimum fee of $50 per Building Permit Application applies.

3. I am a general construction contractor, am I required to register?

All contractors must obtain a business license from the Town of Fenwick Island.

4. What is the cost of a Contractor License?

Contractor License Fees are $150 per Calendar Year; additional parking decals $5 each.

5. What are the regulations regarding construction noise?

NO construction is allowed on Sundays, Holidays or before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM daily. NO pile driving June 1 through August 31.
